Teaching Division


Arc provide experienced teachers, NQTs and non teaching assistants to both primary and secondary schools.

The following contracts are available:
Long term cover and permanent positions
Short term cover (up to one term)
Day to Day supply cover.


Our education team, led by an experienced teacher, are passionate about selecting high calibre candidates and getting the best match for the schools we recruit for. As a result, all our teachers are interviewed face to face at our offices. Each teacher has to meet rigorous selection criteria and all the necessary checks have to be met before we register a candidate on our database. We then carefully match our teachers to individual schools depending on subjects, experience and team fit.
