Full time and part time Outbound Sales Call Handlers required.
· Must have excellent telephone manner and clear voice as dealing with international customers. · The ideal candidate should excel in delivering exceptional sales and customer satisfaction. · Used to working in a highly pressurised, target driven sales environment.
We are looking for ambitious applicants who can work both individually and as part of a team. The successful applicant must also be adaptable and flexible to the changes occurring with a rapidly expanding company.
Duties / Responsibilities · Customer focused · Delivering a high level of productivity and quality whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. · Strong personable communication, negotiation and closing sales. · Follow up existing sales leads. · Cross selling and up-selling product added value.

Hours: 9pm – 5am (nights) The call centre will be open Monday Saturday (6 nights) however there will be a rota system in place for covering the weekends.
Salary: £10.00/hour (includes £7.00 basic and commission) OTE potential £21.00/hour

Responsible for the delivery and/or assessment and achievement of basic skills and functional skills training within specific programmes for the unemployed and maintaining the quality of provision to the standard determined by the organisation, OFSTED, Awarding Bodies, Skills Funding Agency, Young Peoples Learning Agency, Skills Development Scotland, Job Centre Plus and other regulatory bodies.
* To assist and support the Manager with the implementation of the annual business strategy and development plan for all designated programmes. * To ensure the successful delivery of learner functional skills and basic skills outcomes in line with STA contractual requirements and own individual target volumes. * To maintain learner retention volumes in line with national and local targets. * To actively update and develop own awareness and training in line with the Company Skills for Life Strategy. * To ensure the quality of own work submitted meets STA and awarding body standards. * To ensure through own work that all programme requirements are maintained within all aspects of training delivery. * To implement a thorough and timely review of individual learner progress in line with all contractual requirements * To ensure that all training delivered is carefully evaluated and recorded within the appropriate programme documentation. * To ensure that all documentation is completed / administered promptly and without error minimising potential funding risks. * To ensure that certification is processed according to the awarding body and STA administrative and management processes. * To assist and support the Manager and Learner Services in developing new and existing business contact leads within all areas of STA’s business operations * To participate in the staff development programme within the framework of IIP and within the agreed individual staff development plan. * To ensure that the Equality, Diversity, Health and Safety and Quality Policies are adhered to within your area of responsibility and that any non-compliance is reported to your Manager. * To communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times. * To ensure that the corporate values of the company are actively promoted and followed at all times. * To act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement with the company at all times. * To follow policies and procedures. * To support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organisational levels. Job description:
Design and Project Manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects from tender submission and procurement through to project installation and acceptance. Manage staff as required.
Key responsibilities:
Be responsible and accountable for project profitability through maximising profit margins and minimising project costs. Read and comprehend the Client’s technical & commercial tender requirement documents. Create the best value solution to the Client’s Furniture, Fittings and Equipment requirements.
Space plan project layouts using AutoCAD. Estimate project cost and produce tender submissions. Agree Technical and Commercial terms and conditions with the Client and manage them throughout all projects. Agree Technical and Commercial terms and conditions with Sub-Contractors and suppliers and manage them throughout all projects, ensuring that all necessary HSE procedures are implemented and adhered to.. Ensure all necessary Risk assessments, Method statements and HSE procedures are in place for staff and sub-contractors. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Develop project plans and associated communications documents. Manage all subcontractors and site operatives. Coordination with other trades. Coordination and logistical planning with suppliers and subcontractors. Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the Client’s satisfaction. Produce, negotiate and agree all valuations and variations. Produce on site written instructions, as agreed and instructed by line manager. Ensure all necessary CVIs and RFIs and signed and recorded. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Maintain a weekly project diary Maintain accurate room availability records throughout the duration of projects. Carry out any reasonable task asked of you by your line manager. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects and the Company.

Job description:
Manage the accounting and commercial requirements of the company.
Key responsibilities:
Company Finances:
Company Secretarial responsibilities Manage the Company Finances and Payroll Manage the Company Cash Flow. Ensure that the sage accounts system is accurate and up to date. Develop and maintain both financial forecasts and actual financial performance reports. Assess and report on the financial performance of individual projects. Produce detailed financial reports to be presented to members of the Board. Manage and approve supplier payments. Manage the Payroll. Manage and Approve Company Expenses. Debtor management. Liaising with clients to ensure that client payments are received on or before time. Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. Ensure the Company VAT and PAYE returns are accurate and are filed and paid when necessary. Create all necessary financial & board reports going forward. Monitor and Report on any credit rating changes to the Board – and make reasonable endeavours to improve the credit rating. Ensure the company is acting legally and to best practice.
Commercial: Manage Company Commercials. Review all company Contracts and Commercial Documentation. Review, amend and agree client contracts prior to acceptance of Orders.
