We are currently recruiting for a call centre based in Halifax town centre. We require confident individuals to take inbound calls and upsell products.

You must have at least 6 months previous telesales or call centre experience.

Hours: 9am - 2pm OR 3pm - 8pm (Monday to Friday, then 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota basis)

Corporate Sales Executive - Part-time - Leeds area
To promote and highlight details of all services/ facilities of the company to key Corporate businesses and business travel agents in Yorkshire.

Promote key Commercial products/services via the company website and other mediums.

Build and maintain regular contact with key corporate businesses/business agents within the region by visiting and highlighting core facilities and services.

Accounts Administrator - Perm - Part-time - Brighouse area
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for a small firm in Brighouse.

Due to expansion the required candidate will be required to work 16 hours/week however occasionally flexibility is required for holiday cover etc.

The role will include both accounts and administration to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key duties include weekly payroll using Sage, manual ledger/bookkeeping, receiving and dealing with incoming calls, receiving and processing customer orders and working closely with the Company Director to ensure workflow continuity in the engineering shop.

It is high volume calling and very fast paced - making up to 60 calls/hour.

Hours: 5pm - 8pm (Mon-Fri) and 3pm - 8pm (Mon-Fri) (Saturdays are optional and paid overtime)

Export Sales Account Manager - Permanent - HX3
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maximising the commercial return from a proportion of our key market territories. This includes supporting the agents with the preparation of quotations, providing relevant technical data, ensuring the customers’ requirements are delivered and orders processed accordingly. Delivering Total Customer Satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Agent Support: Regular communication with agents and distributors to monitor their progress on key enquiries and ensure they have the necessary support to maximise the opportunities in their local market. Work closely with Field Sales Managers to provide relevant support and feedback. Promote new and existing products and consumables within our Portfolio.

2) Sales Administration: Control enquiries from a technical and quotation perspective in a timely fashion, responsive to customer requirements. Accountability for processing orders through the system on receipt. From the moment an order is received, it remains your responsibility to despatch the items within the timescales specified. Monitor the order through all elements of the internal system, taking responsibility where issues arise. Acknowledge the order and aim to exceed expectations.

3) Targets/Forecasting: Each market must be controlled from a financial aspect. This includes Annual agreement of revenue targets and regular communication progressing enquiries and forecasting future market potential. Maintain relevant financial documents for recording revenue, targets and forecasts and demonstrate trends in performance of agents and distributors.

4) Reports/Documentation: Responsibility for maintaining documentation relating to each market i.e. Special pricing arrangements, quantity discounts, price and commission levels, rolling forecast enquiries, performance and targets.

5) Added Value: Drive new initiatives within the Sales Team and core market responsibilities. Review existing systems and processes to ensure most effective and efficient methods are used. Suggest creative approaches to improving the revenue position and fulfilling the potential of core markets.


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Professional Qualifications: HND/Degree level, or degree calibre. Institute of Export qualified desirable.

Years and type of experience: 3 years Sales Administration experience including sales order processing. Export knowledge essential for overseas markets.

IT Literacy: Competent on Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word and Outlook.
